Its a cut scene of course the 360 can handle it! If it was actual gameplay footage then I would be impressed!

That's what I said, a cutscene rendered with the in-game engine.  It's a shame that the DX is stuck at 9 for the 360.

MS have said that the 360's stuck with DX9, it simply can't handle any higher sadly.
